I Think I'm Gay, But I Don't Want To Be

 
My name is J. Yes, I love fashion and all, but I'm a guy, a different guy and now I'm getting really worried. Over the years, I've been teased about been feminine, and I've never liked itI hung out with the girls more because I liked what they liked, and even worse I have a very tiny voice...even till now, that I'm 26 years old.
On few occasions, I've tried to date girls, its just didn't work. They always tend to like me at first, but later think I'm too feminine, and then somehow loose interest. But thats not the worse.
My biggest problem is that I'm not even sexually attracted to girls, at all. I've tried sex with a couple of girls, but I get irritated at some point while making out, and my erection goes out the window.

Thing is, I like to hang out with guys, but most of them think I'm too feminine, and tease me embarrassingly so from experience, I've learnt to hang out with female friends or stay indoors and read mags or watch TV.I don't like typical male stuff too.

This year, I'd be going to serve, but not until June. So for now I'm indoors more often, while I help out my parents with their bottle water business. So for the next few months, I'm hoping to get answers and solutions to my problem, even though I don't know how.

Truth is I think I'm gay, or at least have tendencies, but I've never had sexual relations with any guy o...neither do I fantasize about men sexually. If anything, I want to live a normal life. I want to date, have a girl friend, get married and have kids, but my sojourn with the opposite sex and sex itself is nothing to write home about.
At 26, the worst I've done is masturbate and watch porn...yes, I'm still a virgin hard as may be to believe.

My parents are worried too, about my sexuality, and my dad had tried to no avail to get me interested in soccer and things, but its not just for me. I guess our Christian background helps a bit too, because it helps me to understand that I cannot be gay.

I love my parents very much, but how do I tell them the depths of all my fears and what I'm experiencing? How do I open up to any one I know that I need help because I think I'm gay, without being castigated, judged, or looked down upon? Who do I even talk to? A doctor, a psychologist ?? Are there even sex psychologists in Nigeria??? I'm really lost people, and I need help.
Please don't judge me, I don't want to be gay. My being feminine I didn't choose. I just need advice on how to live a normal life as a guy, and maybe counselling will help. I don't even know again self.
Good thing is here, even if I'm insulted, no one knows who I am in real life.. but please, I would appreciate If you understand that I'm a victim, and didn't choose to be this way.

If you know anyone who can help me, please leave it in the comment section, I'm ready to pursue help from neutral persons who are knowledgeable or experts so long as my parents don't know about it. By the way, I am an only child.

Man dresses like a woman, hides coccaine in fake butt

A man dressed as a woman was arrested at an airport in southern Brazil last week for allegedly trying to smuggle cocaine in a fake butt, Worldcrunch reports, translating local media coverage.

According to a HuffPost translation of Globo, the man was attempting to fly from Campinas, Brazil to Lisbon, Portugal, and then on to Brussels. Once he landed in Belgium, he was to receive the equivalent of about $5,000 for delivery.

But while he was waiting for his flight to Europe, authorities approached him and found two bags of cocaine hidden in his underwear, forming a prosthetic derrière, Folha de S.Paulo reports.

"They gave him a mobile phone so he could contact the person who would receive the narcotics once he got to his destination," officer Gilberto Salles Souza Junior told Globo, according to a HuffPost translation.

Smuggling operations similar to this have backfired in the past. In December 2011, a model, who had just arrived in Rome from Brazil, was arrested after authorities found 5.5 pounds of cocaine hidden in fake breast and buttock implants, The Daily Mail reported at the time.

About a year later, a 20-year-old woman was taken to a hospital after she told authorities at a Barcelona airport that her chest was bleeding because she'd recently undergone plastic surgery and the wounds hadn't healed, according to the BBC. Several bags of cocaine -- valued at about $78,000 -- were removed from the woman.

US Consulate: Foreigner Kidnapped In Lagos PM News, Lagos

A foreigner has been kidnapped in Nigeria’s largest city of Lagos, the US consulate said on Sunday, in an alert to American citizens in the city.
The Consulate however did not provide the identity of the foreigner kidnapped and his nationality.
“The US Consulate General in Lagos received a report that an expatriate was kidnapped on Victoria Island on Saturday, March 23 at approximately 11 pm,” the consulate spokeswoman said in a message to US citizens, referring to an upscale area of Lagos.
“Local Nigerian law enforcement confirmed this incident.”
Police in Lagos, the economic capital of some 15 million people located in the country’s southwest, could not be reached for comment.
Kidnapping of foreigners are rare in Lagos, but occasionally there have been reports of isolated cases of kidnapping, usually involving an insider or a collaborator close to the victim.
Kidnappings for ransom occur regularly in the southern oil-producing Niger Delta region and Islamist extremists have carried out abductions in the country’s north.
Victims of kidnappings in the Niger Delta and other areas of the south are usually released unharmed after payment of ransoms.
Abductions in Nigeria’s north have however had deadly results.
Islamist extremist group Ansaru recently claimed to have executed seven foreign hostages.
In addition, a British national and an Italian were killed during a botched 2012 rescue operation, as was a German the same year.
Nigerian Islamist extremist group Boko Haram is believed to currently be holding seven members of a French family abducted over the border in Cameroon.

5 Reasons Why Women Shouldn’t Deprive their Man of Sêx

1) The only difference between a friendship and a relationship is intimacy. If you have a sêxless marriage or a sêxless relationship, what are you? companions? best friends? If a couple doesn’t have much sex, then this generally means they lack passion, and that they could be more in love. There’s no such thing as losing the feeling of being in love. You just lose the ‘state’ of being in love, and you lose polarity/passion with your spouse.  You can be in love and have passionate sêx way in to your old age.

Yes, sêx is not the only way to achieve intimacy, but it is one of the main and most important ways to achieve intimacy between a man and a woman. Not making sêx a priority can cause your relationship to deteriorate. The passion dies out.

2) Women can go to their girlfriends, a counselor, a guy friend, a mother, father, relative, aunt, to connect and talk to people. Men don’t generally do this.

I’m not saying there aren’t men who DO call their guy friends up for a long chat about their feelings, problems and sêx life, but this is not common.

Sêx is one of the major and most important ways through which a man gets his needs of connection/love met. Men aren’t just asking for sêx because it feels good (although that’s part of it too).

If a man loves his woman, he wants to have sêx with her because he loves her and wants her to be open to him. This is one of the main ways in which a man expresses his love, and it is one of the major ways in which a woman can show and prove her love for her man (although by no means the ONLY way).

For a lot of men, his woman is the only place he can go to for connection and love. His woman is often the only source he has. Men have many challenges in the world – and it’s important that he has a woman who understands his needs. Of course – understanding a man’s needs is not about just giving him sêx. Men have many other needs, too. But the issue of sêx is one that many women struggle with. 

And, the modern western world has been affected by the feminist movement which has given women the idea that they shouldn’t prioritize a man’s needs, and that includes not wanting to meet his sêxual needs regularly. However, the man is still expected to meet her needs!

Your man’s needs are just as important as the needs of your children or the needs of your friends! At the end of it all – your man is the one you’re going to be left with. Children will grow up and leave. Friends will have their own lives. A sêxless marriage or a sêxless relationship can cause a man to become dejected and resentful, as with every rejection the negative association (with his wife or girlfriend) becomes stronger.

3) Let’s talk about masculine and feminine energy, which relates very, very closely to sêx. The masculine energy is about releasing. The feminine energy is about filling up. I’ll say that again. The masculine energy wants to release and the feminine energy wants to fill up.Filling up is also very much about the emotional aspect of things.

The feminine energy has many ways to fill up – shopping, having sêx, talking to girlfriends, connecting with pets, talking, listening, and much more. The masculine energy has many ways in which they can release, too – but men don’t generally think the way women do.

4) It feeds a man’s needs for love from his woman. I know a lot of women will want to lash out at me for saying this – but if two people are in a relationship, and the woman denies her man of sêx, puts the children/career/girlfriends/other family first, then over time, this starts to build up negative associations within the man in relation to the woman, and makes him feel less like a man, less loved, less accepted – and this can (NOT always!) lead to cheating.

Sêx with a woman whom he loves fulfills a very deep need for love and acceptance within a man. If you’re not attracted to him enough in order to want to have sex with him, over time, he may start to feel less of a man – more like you don’t accept him as a man and that you’re not attracted to him. This is a painful thing to feel.

This is also one reason why men cheat. A lot of their emotional needs are met through sêx!!

In The Truth about Cheating: Why Men Stray and What You Can Do to Prevent It- licensed family counselor M. Gary Neuman studied hundreds of men who had cheated on their wives, in order to find out why they did.

His results show clearly that the main reason why men did cheat on their women was for emotional reasons. When asked what led to their cheating, the answers given by the men showed up as follows:

• 48% – primarily emotional dissatisfaction
• 32% – equal emotional and sexual dissatisfaction
• 8% – primarily sexual dissatisfaction

This doesn’t mean women should be pressured in to having sêx. Women and men (equally) need to work on creating passion, love and excitement with their spouse so that lack of sêx will not be a problem, but rather – lack of free time space or opportunity for it  – a much healthier problem!!

5) I’ll be as frank as I can.

Never expect to just be loved and adored for who you are without having to put any effort and sweat in to anything. We are all enough – but you can never, ever - expect to have and keep the man of your dreams or to have a passionate lifelong, loving relationship where you’re worshipped and adored by your man for life if you do not give to him. It’s all about the standards you have for yourself.

And, it’s important to remember that women (and men) must give to their spouse in a way that their spouse can receive it! If you just give or express love to them in the way YOU think is best – but the other person doesn’t perceive love in this, then it’s very easy for that relationship to break down.

If you’re always thinking of yourself, and constantly quantifying what you get and give in your relationship (like that terrible, TERRIBLE saying – Give-and-take) you will never have and experience that amazing relationship that everyone dreams of and which everybody wants.

Looking at the card on the car above, it clearly states ‘wedding gift from Senator David Mark’, but the senate president’s senior adviser on media, Kola Ologbondiyan, has released a statement denying it.

The press statement read:
Senator Mark did not visit Dubai for Tuface wedding rather he attended the 128th Inter parliamentary Union (IPU) conference currently holding in Quito, Ecuador. He was also not represented at Mr. Idibia’s wedding. It is also instructive to state that the President of the Senate, Senator Mark, did not make a car donation of any kind to Tuface before departing Nigeria for Ecuador neither did he purchase nor send any car to Dubai as a wedding gift

Senate President, presented an expensive gift to African Queen crooner, 2Face Innocent Idibia at his wedding held yesterday in Dubai. 2Face, who also hails from David Mark's tribe, the Idoma tribe in Benue State, was reportedly excited getting such from the number three citizen of Nigeria.

During his traditional wedding in Akwa-Ibom held about two weeks ago, the state governor of his wife, Annie Macaulay, Godswill Akpabio, reportedly presented two SUVs to the couple promising to sponsor 29 couples to the Dubai wedding.

This generated heated arguments in the polity. An SUV was reportedly hurriedly presented to Annie to forestall any attempt of 2Face rejecting the gifts due to the controversies.

A man walked into a restaurant with his friend and was ushered to a dimly lit corner table. Then, two things happened. One of the waiters, an Indian, had his jaw drop and eyes widen in recognition of the man. And the man, in recognition of this recognition, had his attitude transform from one of casual ‘nobodiness’ to conscious starriness. The man was Shah Rukh Khan.

There are two points to consider here. Something happens to us when we see a celebrity we cheer, scream, shriek, shout, jeer, or wave out, reacting in different ways. Our reaction implies there is something about the star that demands a response. But something also happens to the star.

The line between person and persona gets blurry. And when that occurs on a daily basis, the person can become the persona. For a celebrity to be able to avoid controversy there has to be a disconnection between the celeb’s person and the persona. Celebrities and controversies are inseparable.

The star life makes it difficult for celebs to stay hooked to the reality of life which sets them up for untold scandals that in turn reduces their brand worth and damages their public perception. A scandal or controversy changes the value of a brand forever.

There is a certain value attached to every image that you project, whether a clean one or a promiscuous one. A celebrity can therefore decide to date controversy or embrace living life on the right principles and ethics.

Speaking of how controversy has destroyed promising careers, Rauf Ahmed, a Senior film editor points out the peculiar case of Navin Nischol, the late actor. According to Ahmed, Shashi Kapoor’s role in Deewaar had first been offered to Nischol. “Navin refused to play second fiddle to Amitabh Bachchan.

His contention was that he had played a hero to Amitabh’s villain in Parwana in 1971. And look what a disastrous decision it was. From that point onwards, Shashi Kapoor and Amitabh became the most successful male pairing of the 70s, while Navin’s career never recovered.” Success has destroyed more people than failure.

The likes of David O, Tonto Dike, Cossy Orjiakor haven’t been fortunate in this area though they have been able to ride on the controversies that tainted their image. Personalities like Tiger woods, Idris Abdul Kareem, Soul E, Black Faze are still finding it difficult to make a grand comeback in their careers after their rhumba with controversy.

When brand ambassadors get caught in something less than epic, companies distance themselves as quickly as possible. Contracts are ended, ads are pulled, and the superstar finds out who their real friends are.

Ben Johnson gave up his 1988 Olympic gold medal and lost a $2.8 million deal with Italian sportswear maker Diadora. Mike Tyson lost millions when Pepsi ended its endorsement deal with Tyson after his wife said he abused her. Pepsi let go of endorsement deals with Magic Johnson after he announced that he contracted HIV in 1991.

Priscilla Vaughn, an escort, was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly attempting to bite off a client's genitals in Orlando, Florida.

According to CBS Miami, the victim hired Vaughn early in the evening. After eating dinner and drinking some alcohol, the two went back to the Crestwood Suites hotel where Vaughn reportedly took some Ecstasy. Shortly after, Vaughn tried eat the client's penis and testicles. The victim was unable to get Vaughn off of him, however, she took his phone when he tried to call for help.

Fortunately, several hotel guests heard "screaming and growling" sounds coming from the room and called 911.

Police arrived to find the victim covered in blood, with bite marks on his sex organs, as well as injuries to his stomach, legs, chest, and fingers. The victim was rushed to the Orlando Regional Medical Center trauma center.

Vaughn was found naked and had blood smeared on her face. She "growled and snarled" at police officers when they arrived.

Vaughn was arrested on charges of second-degree attempted murder, false imprisonment, and tampering with a victim's ability to contact police.

Priscilla Vaughn, an escort, was arrested on Tuesday after allegedly attempting to bite off a client's genitals in Orlando, Florida.

According to CBS Miami, the victim hired Vaughn early in the evening. After eating dinner and drinking some alcohol, the two went back to the Crestwood Suites hotel where Vaughn reportedly took some Ecstasy. Shortly after, Vaughn tried eat the client's penis and testicles. The victim was unable to get Vaughn off of him, however, she took his phone when he tried to call for help.

Fortunately, several hotel guests heard "screaming and growling" sounds coming from the room and called 911.

Police arrived to find the victim covered in blood, with bite marks on his sex organs, as well as injuries to his stomach, legs, chest, and fingers. The victim was rushed to the Orlando Regional Medical Center trauma center.

Vaughn was found naked and had blood smeared on her face. She "growled and snarled" at police officers when they arrived.

A judge in Virginia has scheduled a two-day trial to begin in June, for an aspiring rapper who tried to sacrifice his friend - to become a member of the elusive ILLUMINATI group.

Wafeeq Sabir El-Amin, 27, was denied bond by the judge who called Wafeeq a "danger to the public." What happened? Well police say that Wafeeq shot his friend in the head inside a music studio while he slept. The victim awoke from a drowsy sleep to see Wafeeq pointing a gun at his head and saying that he needed to be sacrificed,.

The bullet ricocheted off the victim's hand sending bone and skin fragments into his eye, according to the warrant, but the victim was able to get hold of the gun and shoot El-Amin in the stomach before he ran off.

Wafeeq, who was heard shouting "You are my sacrifice" as he pulled the trigger, believed that a sacrifice had to occur in order to join the Illuminati.

Investigators recovered more than a pound of marijuana from the Athens Avenue home, according to the search warrant, as well as literature dealing with the Illuminati and its alleged connection to the music industry.

President Jonathan Says He Will Raise Petrol Prices, Again

President Goodluck Jonathan says he will definitely raise gas prices again, but will “discuss” with the public the easiest way to do it.  

On New Year’s Day 2012, Jonathan greeted Nigerians with the shock of new oil prices as he attempted to scrap so-called oil subsidies, leading to widespread strikes and protests that almost toppled his government.
He solved the problem at that time by partially revoking the effort.  He raised the price to 97 Naira a liter, up from 65 Naira.
Speaking at a press conference in Lagos today, Mr. Jonathan said, “We cannot continue to waste resources meant for a greater number of Nigerians to subsidize the affluent middle class, who are the main beneficiaries.”
He did not make any reference to the mammoth corruption and manipulation in the oil sector, and has kept in place Petroleum Minister Diezani Allison-Madueke, who has been serially accused of corruption and self-enrichment, as well as other officials.
Mr. Jonathan has also failed to implement the report of the Nuhu Ribadu-led Petroleum Revenue Special Task Force which last year made important recommendations on how to correct problems in the sector, just as he has throughout his presidency failed to implement various anti-corruption and good governance reports.
Critics denounce him as weak and indolent, and say he has done more than any of his predecessors in office to boost corruption in the country.  Last week, he granted state pardon to Dipreye Alamieyesegha, his predecessor as governor of Bayelsa State who was convicted for corruption.   Alamieyesegha is also wanted in the United Kingdom to answer money-laundering charges.
Meanwhile, members of Occupy Nigeria have told SaharaReporters they will be ready for Mr. Jonathan if he gives them the opportunity to again unite Nigerians in street demonstrations.
“We promise never again to be deceived or derailed by organized labor or any pro-government group which may want to sell out,” one organizer said.  “So if Jonathan is ready, we encourage him to bring it on.”

The Football Association has confirmed that no retrospective action will be taken against Wigan forward Callum McManaman for his challenge on Newcastle defender Massadio Haidara.

The 21-year-old, who was making his first Premier League start in Sunday's game, connected with a knee-high challenge on the left-back, which was only partially seen by referee Mark Halsey.

Haidara suffered a suspected knee ligament injury from the challenge, while the FA has confirmed that no action will be taken against the Wigan striker because the incident had been seen by an official during the match.

A statement read: "The FA can confirm that no action can be taken against Wigan Athletic's Callum McManaman retrospectively following his side's game against Newcastle United on Sunday 17 March 2013.

"Following consultation with the game's stakeholders (the Premier League, the Football League, the Professional Footballers’ Association, the League Managers’ Association, Professional Game Match Officials Limited and the National Game) in the summer, it was agreed that retrospective action should only be taken in respect of incidents which have not been seen by the match officials.

"Where one of the officials has seen a coming together of players, no retrospective action should be taken, regardless of whether he or she witnessed the full or particular nature of the challenge. This is to avoid the re-refereeing of incidents.

"In the case of McManaman, it has been confirmed that at least one of the match officials saw the coming together, though not the full extent of the challenge. In these circumstances retrospective action cannot be taken.

"The principal objective behind the not seen policy is to address off the ball incidents where match officials are unlikely to be in a position to witness misconduct."

Superstar couple, 2face and Annie Idibia seem to be lavishing lots of money for their upcoming Dubai wedding as report shows that they have doled out about N1.8m for the souvenir. The invitation package was designed by Karman Invitationers, a Lagos-based crafts company and a source disclosed that each IV costs about N9000 and that 200 copies were made for the couple.

The invitation is best described as a package containing a black invite card with white and red lettering, a small access tag as no one will be allowed on the wedding yacht without the tag and a travel guide. Everything is contained in an expensive box with chocolate dressing.

Annie’s dress which was made by a UK based Nigerian super exquisite wedding gown designer, Yemi Osunkoya(Kosibah) was purchased for about N1.7million. The grand wedding will hold this Saturday, 23rd of march, 2013

Gay Couple Commits Suicide Over Marriage Problem.

French acupuncturist and bad star Wilfried Knight committed suicide last week in Vancouver. Prior to his death, he wrote a series of blog posts expressing his frustration over being forced to move to Canada due to his visa expiring and the U.S.’s inability to recognize his marriage to Jerry Enriquez. Enriquez killed himself days earlier on Feb. 21.

The couple were married in Canada in 2011, but upon moving to the U.S., the Defense of Marriage Act prohibited them from being married in the states. This meant Knight was also forbidden from getting a green card sponsored by his husband.

In the blog posts, written before his suicide, Knight explained the ordeal in detail:

"Never mind our commitment, our years together, i was to be thrown out. My partner knew it and decided to look for a job in the only country that would allow us to be together and marry: Canada.

"And i know what most people will say: Why didn’t you guys marry in Washington, or California, or NYC? Well, IF YOU ARE TWO GAY MEN FROM DIFFERENT NATIONALITY, STATE MARRIAGE DOES NOT MATTER, EVEN IF ONE IS AMERICAN: IT NEEDS TO EXIST ON THE FEDERAL LEVEL TO APPLY TO A MULTINATIONAL COUPLE.” (sic)

Knight explained Enriquez obtained a job in Canada at sportwear company Lululemon. They left America to start a life there. But shortly after, Enriquez was fired by the company after a series of events, leaving the couple financially strapped and without employment, a visa, or health insurance.

Five months later, Knight came home to find his husband dead after he did not answer his texts.

“He had it well prepared. When i came back home worried for not receiving any answer to my texts, i found him there..hanging. I since then discovered the poor guy was on clonazepam and zoplicone to cope with the stress..which he had left there on the side with a bottle of wine he had purchased that morning…Which simply seemed aimed at me, in a way saying: “follow me and see you on the other side’.”

Why Good Women Date Bad Boys

In my work as a relationship coach and blogger, I hear it over and over again ... yet, at some level, it still takes me by surprise: Why do so many really smart, accomplished and attractive women go for "bad boys" or Alpha males? In other words, why does someone who has the potential to be an incredible catch sabotage herself with such poor choices?

An Alpha male is a man who owns himself, a leader of the pack. He is internally-driven and certain of who he is and what he wants. It is the very essence of masculine energy so it's no surprise that feminine energy finds it so appealing.

The downside of the Alpha is he can sometimes be self-obsessed, insensitive, jealous, controlling, perhaps even demeaning or violent in extreme cases. The downside for those who are in relationships with that type of guy is because so many women respond primitively to his darker, masculine energy, he has more choices available to him and is often unfaithful. Perhaps the best real-life example of this scenario is actress Sandra Bullock and her ex-husband, motorcycle bad boy Jesse James, who publicly split after his serial infidelity was revealed in 2010.

Recently, a woman asked the question that prompted me to write this article. She described herself as "a very type A female." She went on to say "I always assumed that I'd need an Alpha male in my life ... to bring out more of my feminine side." She went even further, saying that although she and Alpha men "get" one another because they are strong enough to "take" her, these men are also the cheaters, verbal/emotional abusers or worse.

I was really glad she asked her question for two reasons: (1) because the same problem affects so many smart, accomplished women, and (2) because I can explain what this phenomenon is all about. For starters, this very bright woman, and those like her, are operating under a huge, false assumption that sabotages their romantic prospects. Not only that, it will continue to sabotage them over and over — until they change it.

A Buhera woman allegedly poisoned her husband's child (2) over the mysterious deaths of her children last week. The two-year-old child belonged to her husband's second wife whom she accused of bewitching her child.

Emilia Chinowawa (33) lost three children in two years and attributed the calamity to her husband's other wife, Sarah Murigwa's black magic. She allegedly poisoned Murigwa's 2-year-old child who later died after complaining of severe stomach pains.

Police confirmed the murder which happened in Chigidi Village under Chief Makumbe in Buhera. Assistant Manicaland police spokesperson, Asst Insp Luxson Chananda, said Murigwa (31) and Chinowawa who are both married to Abel Chigidi (38) always fought over Chinowawa's allegations that her co-wife had killed all her children and never wanted her to enjoy motherhood. Chinowawa lost her three children between 2010 and 2012 and suspected that Murigwa had bewitched her.

"On 27 February at around 5am, Murigwa left her child asleep with Esnath Tamanikwa and went to fetch water. Esnath also went away and left the baby unattended. Chinowawa allegedly mixed rat poison with water, sneaked into Murigwa's room and forced the child to drink the concoction. Murigwa later came back and saw her child outside the kitchen hut writhing in pain.

"The infant had also soiled himself and was continuously vomiting. The boy's mother realised that her son was sweating abnormally and he died before she took him to the hospital," said Asst Insp Chananda.

He added that Chinowawa, upon being quizzed by the police admitted that she had poisoned Murigwa's baby. She is assisting police with investigations.

No fewer than five persons, including policemen, have been feared dead following a communal clash between Ganmo and Ganna communities in Kwara State over a traditional stool.

Two persons were already reported dead late Sunday when the violent clash first erupted while three others also lost their lives in the wee hours of yesterday just as several houses worth millions of naira were razed.
The two communities - Ganmo under Ilorin Emirate and Gana in Ifelodun Local Government Area are too interwoven as they are only separated by the major road within the communities.
It was gathered that the bloody clash was induced by the elevation of the monarch of Oluganna to a fourth class status, a decision which the people of Ganmo are said to be uncomfortable with.
However, the celebration of Oniganna's elevation was said to have triggered the clash as the rival community saw it as an act of provocation.
A resident of the area confirmed that he saw two corpses being evacuated from the warring communities apart from the two people killed on Sunday.
"I saw two corpses being taken away in a police vehicle but I am not sure if they are policemen. Right now, there is heavy presence of policemen here and people are afraid to come out for fear of attack," said a source who resides in Ganmo.
State police command, which was silent on the casualty figure yesterday, said none of its officers was killed in the clash. Its spokesman DSP Olufemi Fabode said 15 people have been apprehended in connection with the crisis.
The state government had recently announced the grading of Oluganna stool but the presentation of staff of office to the monarch was reportedly postponed apparently to avert the looming clash.
